Job Title: Group Product Manager – Argos In Store E2E Customer Experience (18-Month Fixed Term)

Our in store shopping experiences are a key component of our strategy to enhance drive frequency and help us transform to win. We are looking for a talented Group Product Manager to join our team on an 18-month fixed-term basis to lead and inspire our product management team.
Role Overview: As the Group Product Manager for the end-to-end customer experience in store, you will be responsible for delivering the technology that powers our vision by making the in store customer experience easy for customers, whether they are shopping or collecting with us. You will also line manage a Senior Product Manager, Product Manager and an Associate Product Manager. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating innovative digital solutions.
Please note this is a 18-Month Fixed Term Contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for across our in store customer experience, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, including a Senior Product Manager, Product Manager and an Associate Product Manager, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research and analyse customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
- Define and prioritise the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to measure the success of our experiences and make data-driven decisions.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain competitive and innovative.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering customer facing products.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, experience managing and developing product managers.
- Passion for technology, and the ability to be a thought leader when working with our Engineering teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence and stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Passion for digital innovation and a deep understanding of retail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
