Joining Sainsbury's as a Pest Operational Performance Manager means being part of a dynamic and forward-thinking team within the Property / Facilities Management division. With a focus on managing and enhancing FM supplier performance for pest control services, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the FM supply chain and service level standards for Sainsbury's Group FM. What you'll do

 

As the Pest Operational Performance Manager, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of managing Facilities Management (FM) supplier performance for pest control services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements, key performance indicators, and commercial aspects outlined in contractual agreements. Your role will involve providing supplier performance data, conducting frequent reviews, identifying opportunities for performance enhancement and efficiencies, managing supplier payments, planning annual budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive high standards and strategic views of the FM supply chain. With a strong FM background and exceptional communication skills, you will play a key role in shaping the future strategy for managing pest control, delivering projects within the FM savings plan, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective pest management services across Sainsbury's Group FM.

 

Who you are

              

As the Pest Operational Performance Manager, you are a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in pest management and RSPH Level 2 Qualification in Pest Management or higher. Your expertise in managing pest control contracts, adherence to SLAs, and key KPIs demonstrates your ability to ensure industry-leading service levels while maximising efficiencies and cost-effectiveness. a Your focus on data-driven decision-making through utilising your strong IT skills enable you to shape the future strategy and highest standards for pest control management within the FM supply chain. With excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills you foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional service levels for Sainsbury's Group FM.
