What you'll do
As the Clothing Optimisation Manager at Sainsbury's, you will be accountable for leading the Commercial Excellence workstream within the clothing division, focusing on driving collaboration and agility across various functional teams to deliver on the Clothing Strategic Pillars. Your role will involve defining and implementing best practises to streamline product creation and execution processes, ensuring efficient and cost-effective product launches. You will review and reshape job roles within Buying, design & merchandising, provide necessary training and support to drive effective change, and influence senior governance forums by articulating progress and future opportunities. Your strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management skills, and ability to drive operational change will be essential in promoting unity, collaboration, and process improvements across the organisation.
