What you'll do:

You will play a vital role in providing comprehensive support in the delivery of change projects across Business Transformation. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the compilation of reports and project governance documents, ensuring compliance with Project Management & Agile Methodology, supporting the implementation of systems enhancements, and acting as the first line of support throughout project duration and within identified BAU activities. 

Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of project outputs, support benefits realisation, and coach stakeholders to embed sustainable project capabilities within the team. 

Your role will also involve developing strong business partnerships, sharing knowledge across the team, and engaging and motivating team members and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

 

Who you are:

A dedicated individual with a strong foundation in change management, project governance, and agile methodology, ensuring the successful delivery of change projects within Business Transformation. 

Your ability to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, coach team members, and drive benefits realisation demonstrates your commitment to implementing sustainable business solutions and enhancing operational processes. 

With your expertise in risk management, financial control, and project management practises, you play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement, fostering strong business partnerships, and ensuring customer outcomes remain at the forefront of decision-making.
