What You Are Accountable For

  • Developing and implementing the digital trading strategy to drive online sales growth.
  • Analysing sales data and customer behaviour to optimise product listings and promotions.
  • Collaborating with marketing, merchandising, and IT teams to enhance the online customer journey.
  • Managing the digital trading calendar and ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Leading a team of digital trading specialists and providing guidance and support.
  • Reporting on key performance indicators and providing insights to senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

 

What You Need to Know & Show

  • Proven experience in a digital trading or e-commerce role.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • A passion for e-commerce and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
