What you'll do 


As a Studio Production Executive within the Marketing / Brand Communications & Creative / Studio division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of content projects and shoots. Your responsibilities will include production planning, where you will arrange studio space, models, and location houses, as well as scheduling content into the studios. You will manage the production schedule throughout each shoot, adhering to studio processes, achieving production KPIs, and ensuring budgets are followed. Additionally, you will ensure the quality of all produced content, coordinating the sourcing of assets and products required for each project, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. Collaboration, budget tracking, asset management, and building strong relationships within the Studio and Centre of Creative Excellence will be essential to excelling in this role. 
 
Who you are 


As a Studio Production Executive, you are an integral part of the Studio within the Centre of Creative Excellence. You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing complex photoshoots and ensuring the successful delivery of content projects. Your exceptional communication and influencing skills, combined with your ability to think on your feet and problem-solve, enable you to effectively coordinate studio resources, schedule shoots, and make critical decisions in real-time to meet tight timelines. Your dedication to delivering beyond expectations, attention to detail, and strong organisational skills contribute to the on-time, in full, and within budget delivery of high-quality content that exceeds client expectations. Your collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders make you a valuable asset to the Studio team. 

Essential criteria:

Budget tracking: experience in tracking & a demonstrated understanding of all costs associated with a shoot. 

Content Excellence: Experience in managing shoot/projects on production briefs.

Production planning: Experience in planning complex photoshoots by arranging studio space, models, location houses and resource, along with ensuring that content is scheduled into the studios via the scheduling team. 

Product sourcing: Experience in the coordination of all assets/ products required for project/ shoot .
