What you'll do

As the Integrated Creative Director for Sainsbury's Zest, you will be leading and inspiring a team to develop content for Argos and Habitat across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging. Your role involves providing creative and design leadership by guiding teams towards executional excellence, fostering collaboration, and championing innovative thinking to push creative boundaries and deliver high-quality work. Additionally, you will spearhead the concepting of projects, uphold brand standards, and work closely with internal and external partners to optimise content performance and drive brand engagement. Your success will be measured by creative excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, industry recognition, and personal growth, making you a pivotal figure in shaping the creative culture and delivering exceptional design work at Sainsbury's.

Who you are

As the Integrated Creative Director for Sainsbury's Zest, you are a seasoned creative leader with extensive experience in driving innovative and impactful creative strategies across multiple channels and formats. With a keen eye for design and a deep passion for crafting compelling ideas, you excel in inspiring and mentoring creative teams to achieve executional excellence, while fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration within the organisation. Your ability to uphold brand identity, drive creative excellence, and deliver on brand outcomes showcases your commitment to setting high standards and creating visually compelling work that resonates with audiences.

Essential Criteria

· Extensive experience as a Creative Director, ACD, Creative Lead or equivalent, leading and mentoring other creatives.
· A true copywriter / art director hybrid with a keen eye for design.
· A portfolio that showcases an ability to work at both a conceptual and executional level across all platforms and channels.
· An elevated art direction and design aesthetic – with a clear understanding of the world of home/lifestyle.
· A deep and true passion for craft and executional detail across both design and copywriting.
· Knowledge / Expertise in the use of AI tools.
