Join our Transformation Management Office, a dynamic team at the heart of driving our business strategy. We work closely with various business functions and delivery leads to ensure that our transformation programmes are in place and supported to deliver a better proposition and customer and colleague experience that enables sustainable and profitable growth over time.

 

More about the role

As a key member of the Transformation Management Team, you will work hand in hand with the Head of Transformation Portfolio to shape and support the business to deliver our multi-year transformation agenda. You will be responsible for building and managing the change delivery framework and Enterprise Portfolio tooling to ensure that there is robust management information and reporting across our transformation portfolio.

Your role will involve connecting and engaging the wider transformation community by driving visibility, proactively surfacing and providing solutions to manage portfolio constraints, aligning outcomes, and encouraging knowledge sharing. You will also support the development of leadership and operating board progress, update presentations and continuously improve our transformation portfolio management methodology and framework.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in implementing major change programmes and managing complex change portfolios. You should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to demonstrate a structured approach to problem-solving. Experience in reporting, coordinating, and developing management information and dashboards is essential. You should have excellent stakeholder management skills to engage and gain buy-in from project managers and delivery leads, the ability to work independently, and a proactive drive to make things better. Additionally, you should exhibit a deep passion for continuous learning, be inquisitive and seek to provide and share knowledge.

 

Essential criteria

  • Successful experience of working on the implementation of major Change projects and providing oversight of complex transformation portfolios with the ability to demonstrate a structured approach to solving problem.
  • Experience in portfolio reporting, coordinating, and developing MI and dashboards to drive proactive decision making across difference stakeholder groups and experience managing and developing Enterprise Portfolio tooling.
  • Strong organization and stakeholder management skills with hands on experience delivering and tailoring messages to audiences at all levels of seniority.
  • Ability to engage and gain buy-in from project managers and delivery leads with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be curious and inquisitive with a drive to make things better.

 

Desirable

  • Experience in supporting the organizing and structuring of complex Transformation programmes.
  • Ability to work independently with a detailed understanding of how to combine analytical data with pragmatic approaches to foster innovation.
  • IT fluent with strong Excel skills.
