More about the role

As a Design Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming business processes by creating detailed process maps and gathering business and user requirements that shape our digital product strategies. Your day-to-day will involve engaging with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and using analytical tools to map out both current and future supply chain processes. You’ll support the creation of system architectures and advise project teams, ensuring our digital solutions are robust, user-focused, and future-ready.

You will take ownership of maintaining and enhancing the documentation of all supply chain processes, ensuring every digital product meets the needs and expectations of our users. Expect to be involved in key transformation projects, championing a user-centred approach and driving adherence to best practices in digital design, accessibility, and security.

You are a proactive advocate for users, adept at translating business challenges into practical digital solutions. Your experience working in large, fast-moving organisations enables you to engage stakeholders, facilitate constructive dialogue, and drive consensus on process improvements. You demonstrate a keen attention to detail, combining analytical rigour with a creative approach to problem solving.

Your communication skills allow you to influence at all levels, and you actively seek opportunities to prototype and refine new ideas. You are recognised for your inclusive approach and your ability to foster a positive, collaborative culture that encourages learning and continuous development.

 

Essential Criteria 

  • Proven ability to analyse business processes and systems, including both current (“As-Is”) and future (“To-Be”) states
  • Experienced in creating detailed and consistent process maps that align with business and technical system flows
  • Skilled in gathering and translating business requirements into relevant technology solutions
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to guide design decisions across multiple teams and business functions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a working knowledge of critical thinking frameworks such as MECE
  • Solid foundational skills in Excel and PowerPoint
