Key requirements of the role are as follows:
- Working with the other members of the team, contribute to the regular reporting within each programme – for example weekly/monthly/quarterly insight reports
- Support the CSAT team on deep dives into specific business questions, through running basic reports, providing ad hoc data cuts, and pulling out key messages and commentary that sits alongside the analysis
- Building bespoke reports for stakeholders and to support the wider CSAT team with ongoing performance tracking
- Ownership of CSAT queries inbox, responding to store colleagues on queries related to their CSAT performance, investigating issues and resolving with Tech teams
- Maintaining and creating training content for stakeholders to drive self-serve of our reporting platforms
- Maintaining CSAT SharePoint, storing all our work in relevant folders (analysis and downloads)
- Ownership of admin tasks within the team e.g. raising PO’s to agencies
- Maintain data quality within the CSAT programmes using relevant data sources and working with relevant teams to ensure data is credible
- Develop good working relationships with key stakeholders in the wider insight team
What you need to know
- Strong organisation and programme management skills, juggling multiple (varied) strands of work simultaneously.
- First rate attention to detail
- High degree of flexibility to manage sometimes unpredictable workload
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Clarity of thought and a methodical approach to problem solving
- Ability to explain and interpret numerical analysis or technical insight outputs in a simple and engaging way
- Strong collaboration and relationship building skills
- Strong grasp of PowerPoint and excel
- Understanding of CSAT (customer satisfaction) data, what it means – and what it doesn’t mean
- Ability to visualise customer data and sentiment creatively, to ensure it cuts through within the business
What you need to show

- Energy and enthusiasm about customer satisfaction programmes (CSAT)
- Strong analytical skills and experience in building reports and interrogating data in Excel
- An interest in technical aspects of customer programmes such as data integrity, surveys and sampling
- Clarity of thought, strategic thinking & a methodical approach to problem solving
- Passionate about the customer programmes and holding ourselves accountable for ensuring they are the best they can be
