  • Maintain systemic parameters to ensure accurate supplier purchase order generation reducing the need for manual intervention to a minimum. 
  • Provide root cause analysis and investigation of trended data in relation to various KPIs such as sales, availability, waste, and stockholding in order to achieve the optimum customer experience across our retail channels, and also to inform and influence the strategic direction of the commercial category.
  • Contribute toward ‘Cost to Serve’ objectives through ongoing and continuous engagement with the supply base, identifying Supply Chain efficiencies and implement initiatives to deliver Cost of Goods (COGs) reductions. 
  • Carefully manage working capital expenditure adhering to budgets set.
  • Plan, communicate, implement, and review the implementation of seasonal events and range updates to ensure shared objectives are met and KPIs achieved, relentlessly striving to improve performance. 
  • Drive consistent, proactive ways of working across our supply base and logistics network to support the delivery of shared objectives, maintaining positive and productive relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Own the performance of your category profile, be curious and seek opportunities, to constantly find ways to improve performance, simplify and save. 
  • Ensure thorough governance over category profile, with regular and effective cross functional business partnership. Set objectives and contribute towards strategic category development plans, whilst ensuring Supply Chain objectives are understood and met. 
  • Maintain a customer and retail focused lens, throughout decision making processes.
  • Accountable for ongoing and continuous commitment to personal and professional development by maintaining a personal development plan, regularly seeking, and providing feedback and supporting other colleagues in their personal development. 
  • Support the identification and implementation of initiatives, events, processes, and ways of working that will contribute to making Supply Chain “a Great Place to Work”. 
  • Liaise regularly with Subject Matter Experts to maximise knowledge.
