About the team

Our Experience Design Researchers play a pivotal role in shaping user-centric solutions by delivering insights that inform product roadmaps and design strategies. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to ensure our work reflects the needs of our diverse customer base.
More about the role
As an Experience Design Researcher, you will lead and deliver end-to-end research projects that uncover user needs and behaviours. You will design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesise findings into actionable insights, and present these to stakeholders to influence product and design decisions. You will work both tactically and strategically, supporting agile product teams and contributing to the development of user-centric experiences across digital and in-store channels.

You are a curious and pragmatic researcher with a passion for understanding people and solving complex problems. You are comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional teams and have a track record of delivering impactful research. You are confident in engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and translating insights into compelling narratives. You thrive in environments where you can champion the voice of the user and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Essential criteria
- Proven experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research across the product development lifecycle.
- Ability to synthesise insights from multiple sources into actionable recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including workshop facilitation.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams on digital and omni-channel products.
- Familiarity with research and analytics tools such as Maze, Attest, Miro, or Google Analytics, or willingness to learn.
