More about the role
The Senior Change Manager will have an accounting or finance operations background and form part of an embedded finance function within Commercial Transformation, focusing on our adoption of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). This role is critical in effectively landing our next generation of technology assets that integrate, automate and optimise processes and systems across the business driving efficiency and a world-class customer experience.
Day-to-day, you will define, own and deliver Change Management methodologies for technology assets into finance functions, develop change plans, facilitate workshops, and produce high-quality materials. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including Project Managers, Product Owners, and SMEs to ensure successful delivery.

You will have demonstrated experience in Change Management methods and practices, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You should be highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
You will be proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with a strong attention to detail and a drive to inspire those around you. You will role model positive and agile ways of working and bring a new perspective to initiatives, challenging the status quo and identifying opportunities to improve.
Essential criteria
- Proven experience delivering large-scale and complex change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Considerable financial operations and accounting experience (accounting qualification desirable but not essential)
- Experience in implementing ERP systems from inception to adoption and hyper care (Experience with Oracle or SAP is desirable)
- Demonstrable knowledge of Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
- Ability to produce high-quality change materials including presentations and training content.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across all organizational levels.
