What you'll be doing

As a Fashion Stylist at Bradwell Media, our in-house content creation studio, you will play a crucial role in creating and styling photography and video content for a wide range of General Merchandise, Jewellery, and Fashion products across all brands within the Sainsbury’s group. Working with our Styleshoot machines, you will be involved in various techniques such as cutouts, mannequins, flat lay, and model shots to bring our products and brands to life and help customers make informed purchase decisions based on their unique shopping mission. Alongside your creative work, you will also collaborate with the Stylist Lead and Fashion Studio Manager to develop compelling content for Tu.co.uk, continuously pushing boundaries and championing innovation to exceed stakeholder expectations and enhance the customer journey. With your proven experience in a creative and commercial environment within a fashion studio role, excellent understanding of textures, colours, and retail trends, as well as a portfolio of work showcasing your ability to style at high standards, you will contribute to delivering a truly exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

 

Who you are

As a Fashion Stylist for Bradwell Media, our in-house content creation studio, you are an experienced professional with a strong background in a creative and commercial environment within a fashion studio role. With your expertise in styling clothing and still life photography, as well as your understanding of textures, colours, and video production, you have a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to bringing products and brands to life. Your portfolio of work showcases your ability to meet high standards and deliver innovative and relevant solutions to briefs. With your knowledge of the retail landscape, commerce trends, and competitors, you play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer journey and exceeding stakeholder expectations through impactful and visually compelling content creation.

Essential criteria

  • Demonstrable experience in fashion styling, including. 
  • Clothing styling experience.
  • Experience across cutouts, mannequins, flat lay and model shots.
  • Strong understanding of textures, colours and retail/fashion trends .
  • Experience creating photography and video content for fashion and/or general merchandise within FMCG.
  • A portfolio of work that evidences high‑quality styling and the ability to respond to briefs.
  • Proven experience working in a creative and commercial fashion studio environment.
