What you'll do
As a CRM Executive at Sainsbury's, you will play a pivotal role in owning and managing the delivery of existing CRM programmes while identifying and implementing new initiatives in alignment with marketing strategy and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of plans across multiple channels, focusing on accurate customer targeting, data selections, and post-campaign analysis. Your responsibilities will also include contributing to the overall CRM & Loyalty strategy by aligning with Trade and Propositions plans, managing relationships with suppliers, and working closely with agencies to deliver targeted creative through complex CRM programmes. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders, produce clear annual plans and briefs, and demonstrate a customer-first mindset to drive engagement and optimise CRM activities effectively.

As a CRM Executive for Sainsbury's Argos CRM and Loyalty team, you are a strategic and results-driven professional with a passion for driving customer value and long-term loyalty through targeted marketing campaigns. With a strong foundation in CRM programme design and delivery, coupled with a customer-centric mindset and analytical prowess, you excel at optimising campaigns, building relationships with key stakeholders, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximise business growth. Your ability to work collaboratively across departments and agencies, coupled with your proactive and self-driven approach, enables you to make impactful contributions to the success of the business while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Essential criteria
Proven experience designing and delivering CRM programmes, ideally within retail or a similar customer‑led environment.
Experience owning and managing end‑to‑end delivery of targeted marketing campaigns.
Experience using customer data, segmentation and personalisation within automated marketing activity.
Experience working with customer targeting, data selections and post‑campaign analysis.
Experience using insights and performance metrics to test, optimise and improve CRM activity.
