We foster a collaborative culture, partnering with Sainsbury’s teams and third parties to deliver reliable, cost-efficient solutions and continuous improvement in our instore prepaid and collections activities.

As the Collections & Consumables Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the end-to-end operations for all instore prepaid and collection processes, including Argos Collection Points, eBay, DPD, Tu, Supplier Direct fulfilled missions, and online Click & Collect.
Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with store and field teams to ensure exceptional customer service, consistent operations, and robust commercial outcomes and managing your direct reports. You'll also play a pivotal role in consumables and colleague uniform management, building relationships with key stakeholders to guarantee timely and cost-effective supply.
You’ll lead process improvement initiatives, support underperforming stores, and represent Argos Central Operations Support across the business. - Strong operational problem‑solving capability, using data, insight and frontline feedback to diagnose issues and drive practical improvement.
- Ability to influence and work effectively across multiple teams and functions, including stores, central operations, suppliers and commercial partners.
Desirable
