We’re looking for a Process Owner to join our Commercial & Digital team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and improving some of our most important end-to-end business processes, working at the heart of a complex and fast-moving retail environment.
Acting as the link between our retained teams and Accenture Managed Services, you’ll help ensure our processes are effective, efficient and aligned to business priorities. From driving continuous improvement and resolving operational challenges to supporting major change programmes, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how we work today and help shape how we work in the future.
What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of key Commercial & Digital processes, helping to ensure they continue to deliver against business objectives whilst identifying opportunities to make them even better.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business and our Accenture Managed Services teams, you’ll coordinate issue resolution, support process improvements, and help embed new ways of working into day-to-day operations.
You’ll play an important role in supporting change initiatives, ensuring enhancements are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual activity and that colleagues have the processes, documentation and support they need to operate effectively.
Using performance data and insight, you’ll help monitor process effectiveness, identify future risks and opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing optimisation of our Commercial & Digital operations.
You’ll also build strong relationships across multiple teams, creating effective feedback loops and ensuring everyone remains aligned as processes evolve and improve.

Essential Criteria
- Process management experience, including identifying and delivering continuous improvement opportunities
- Strong understanding of commercial and digital business processes and the impact process changes can have on performance
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build effective relationships across multiple teams and functions
- Experience diagnosing issues and coordinating solutions across complex processes
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insight to support decision-making
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
